Programmable timer is used for time control of devices in home or industrial automation systems according to an individual time program set by the user. PCZ-521 timer is designed for DIN rail mounting.
NEW FUNCTION IN 4-Series CLOCK.
On the Series 4 device, the clock configuration can be read and saved wirelessly via an Android or iOS phone equipped with an NFC communication module.
How does the PCZ-521 programmable weekly clock work?
The timer switches an appliance or electrical circuit on and off at programmed times in cycles:
- daily,
- weekly,
- working days (Mon-Pt)
- weekend (So, Nd)

PCZ CONFIGURATOR APPLICATION
Free application for Android phones and tablets with NFC wireless communication module.
ON-OFF COMMAND
Program entry according to which the receiver will be turned on or off.
500 MEMORY CELLS
Memory of individual entries allowing 250 pairs of ON-OFF COMMANDS to be programmed.
AUTOMATIC OPERATION
Operation according to ON-OFF COMMANDS programmed by the user in the clock memory. [display symbol on].
MANUAL OPERATION
[ON] permanent contact activation (items 1-5) or [OFF] permanent contact disconnection (items 1-6) when AUTOMATIC OPERATION mode is disabled. [no symbol on display]
OPERATION CYCLE
Set weekly cycle, 7 days from Monday to Sunday. It realizes receiver switching according to programmed ON-OFF COMMANDS:
* single day of the week: Mo; Tu; We; Th; Fr; Sa or Su.
* weekdays: Mo Tu We Th Fr (Monday to Friday).
* weekend days: Sa Su (Saturday and Sunday).
* daily: Mo Tu We Th Fr Sa Su (Monday through Sunday).
AUTOMATIC TIME CHANGE
Change of time from winter to summer. Option to work with or without automatic change. The controller is equipped with a time zone selection function. This ensures that the switching time is in accordance with the local time.
DATE VIEW
Possibility to preview the set date (OK.).
PREVIEW OF THE CURRENT PROGRAM
In date preview mode, successive presses of the +/- buttons display information about the number and details of the currently executed program.
NFC WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
Ability to wirelessly read and save the timer configuration via an Android phone with NFC communication module.
TIMER CORRECTION
Set monthly correction of system clock seconds.
BATTERY CHARGE INDICATOR
Checking the status of the battery that keeps the timer running when the main power supply is not available. If the battery is low, the user will be notified to replace it.
The battery life depends on the ambient temperature and the degree of battery use.
LCD BRIGHTNESS CORRECTION
Changing the contrast of the display allows the LCD to be read clearly for different viewing angles.
RELAY STATUS MEMORY
The set state of the relay in manual mode is also remembered after power failure.
PCZ Configurator
NFC wireless communication allows the timer configuration to be read and saved wirelessly via an Android phone with an NFC communication module. Using the free PCZ Configurator and NFC:
- You will prepare the timer configuration offline (without connecting to the timer).
- You will read and write the prepared configuration to the controller.
- You can quickly program multiple controllers with a single configuration
- You will read and write the configuration to a file.
- You can share the prepared configuration via e-mail, bluetooth, network drives.
- You uniquely identify the connected timer.
- You give the devices their own names.
- Automatic backup of the configuration in conjunction with the unique identifier of each clock allows you to easily restore a previous configuration.
- The time and date are set based on the clock on the phone.
