Inverters belong to the group of electronic frequency converters and are designed for smooth regulation of the rotational speed of asynchronous three-phase motors.
The most important functions
- The design of the inverter based on an efficient 32-bit DSP processor ensures fast and effective implementation of advanced control algorithms for an asynchronous three-phase motor.
- Ability to work in speed control mode or drive torque control mode.
- Motor control based on vector control (both sensorless and with a speed feedback loop) and control based on freely programmable V / F characteristics.
- Automatic slip compensation function and high initial drive torque (up to 180% at 0.25 Hz).
- Multifunctional control panel connected to the inverter on a "hot-plug" basis with the possibility of simultaneous storage of up to four sets of parameter settings and the function of easy transfer of settings from one inverter to another.
- PLC mode - the ability to program up to seven steps performed once or cyclically by the inverter. You can specify speed, acceleration time and duration for each step.
- Great freedom of programming the inverter inputs and outputs, both analog and digital.
- The built-in RS-485 communication module supporting the Modbus RTU protocol enables connecting the inverter to industrial networks and remote control, supervision and configuration of the inverter.
